Update Your Contact Information
Looking to update your contact information and keep up to date with our co-op? Try using our SmartHub feature online or by smartphone app.
What is SmartHub? Now you can manage your account like never before! SmartHub has several features that make managing your account as easy as possible, whether through the web, your smartphone or tablet (Android or iOS).
As soon as you log in, you’ll be able to view your billing history and make a payment with just a couple of clicks. You’ll be able to see your current and previous bills and view your actual energy use.
Making payments through SmartHub is fast and easy. The first time you make a payment either through the web or through your mobile device, you’ll be able to securely store your payment information for future transactions. The next time you need to pay your bill, it will only take a couple of clicks.
Select how you want to be notified about your bill, including email and text messaging. You’ll even be able to set usage thresholds so that you’ll know when you’re using more electricity than you’d like which will help you keep your electricity bill as low as possible.
Download the SmartHub app via Google Play or the Apple App Store. If you feel more comfortable doing your business on a computer, visit SmartHub online to either access your account or create a new one.
Transfer:
To transfer service, we will need both parties to contact the office before the transfer date. The party in which the service is transferring to will need to fill out a membership application under Sign Up For Service on our website. This application needs completed by the member and our staff.
Disconnect:
To disconnect service, we will need you to e-mail us using our contact us form. Please provide Brown-Atchison with the account number you would like disconnected, disconnect date, and forwarding address. To confirm the disconnect date, we ask that you please visit our office in person. For questions, please call during office hours.
