To transfer service we will need both parties to contact the office before the transfer
date. New party will need to fill out a membership application that is located here.
To disconnect service we will need you to e-mail us here. We will need the account
number you would like disconnected, along with disconnect date, and forwarding address.
We will also need to talk to you in person to confirm disconnect date Please call
our office during office hours.
