$500 SCHOLARSHIPS AVAILABLE TO HIGH SCHOOL SENIORS:

The Board of Trustees of The Brown-Atchison Electric Cooperative Association, Inc. has voted to award (3) $500 scholarships to high school seniors that are in our service area.

Scholarship Requirements:

 Student must have a parent or legal guardian that has a permanent residence in the Brown-Atchison service area and are members of the cooperative.

 Student must be a high school senior in the 2022/2023 school year.

 Application needs to be filled out and returned with proof of GPA.

 Student must write a 500-word essay on why they are interested in a career in the electrical utility industry, and what the industry means to them. Preference will be given to those choosing a career in energy and are able to articulate why they should be chosen.

 Deadline to return: March 31, 2023
